How:
During your first physiotherapy session, your physiotherapist will cover a subjective assessment where you will chat about your presenting symptoms, and how they are effecting your life. Following that, a physical assessment will take place. This will enable your physiotherapist to really identify the underlying cause of your pain, injury or limitation.
Following discussion of your diagnosis and prognosis, your treatment will be discussed and commenced. We want you to be pain free as quickly as possible!
Our physiotherapists use a range of treatments tailored to your individual needs. We use a combination of manual therapy (hands on) and rehabilitation (exercise and corrective movement), to ensure that we do not just mask your symptoms, but we actually CURE the cause of your symptoms too.
Some of the many treatments we provide may include: soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation, acupuncture, ergonomic (office/desk) assessment and set-up, gait analysis, heat treatments, performance and development optimisation, massage and stretching.
