Function360 is covered by most of the main insurance companies in the UK.
Online booking instructions:
If you are covered by BUPA or AXA please book the relevant appointment on our BOOK NOW page, and provide the details on your registration form upon booking so that we can invoice them directly. Without these details upon your first booking you will be liable for the full cost of the appointment. If you are covered by any other insurance company please book a regular appointment.
BUPA & AXA
In order to receive cover from your insurer, we advise that you contact them prior to your initial appointment with us. For BUPA and AXA we require your membership number and authorisation code prior to your first appointment. Please note that we are only able to invoice BUPA and AXA directly.
AVIVA, PruHealth, WPA, CIGNA. Simply Health etc:
For other insurance companies we advise that you contact your insurer prior to your initial appointment to assure cover. Once they provide authorisation you will be able to reclaim the fees of your sessions by forwarding the receipts that we provide you with following each session. We are unable to invoice your insurer directly.
It is your responsibility to be clear on the terms of agreement that you have in place with your insurer. There is sometimes an excess fee that is not covered by the insurer, so we ask you to kindly take the time to find out the necessary information prior to your initial appointment with us.
