DON’T YOU SOMETIMES JUST WISH FOR A HEALTHY SNACK THAT IS COMPLETELY GUILT FREE, AND ALSO SUPER EASY TO WHIP UP IN A FEW MINUTES WITHOUT THE NEED OF A MILLION INGREDIENTS AND A WEEK OF PLANNING? YEP, I FEEL YOUR PAIN. ALTHOUGH I’M QUITE GOOD WITH PLANNING AND PREPARING MY MEALS IN ADVANCE, SOMETIMES, WHEN MY CRAZY SWEET TOOTH KICKS IN, I JUST NEED SOMETHING QUICK, BEFORE RAID THE BISCUIT JAR.
INGREDIENTS:
1 SCOOP OF VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (ANY BRAND YOU LIKE!)
1 CUP FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
2 TABLESPOONS GREEK YOGURT
150ML OF ANY KIND OF DAIRY-FREE MILK (ALMOND, HAZELNUT, COCONUT….. I TRY TO AVOID SOYA!)
BLEND! YOU SHOULD HAVE AN ICE-CREAM-LIKE CONSISTENCY, BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT AS THICK AS YOU LIKE. CHOOSE BETWEEN A SMOOTHIE OR AN ICE-CREAM. VOILA!

ANYTHING YOU WANT, LITERALLY!
I LIKE NUT BUTTERS, CHOPPED FRUIT, COCONUT FLAKES, CACAO NIBS, SEEDS, NUTS … THE LIST IS ENDLESS!
