At Function360 our rehabilitation and corrective exercise services are used to help YOU move better, prevent injury and recover from injury forever. Our specialist rehabilitation therapists use a combination of tailored and specific movements and exercises that will completely retrain your muscles to do exactly what they should be doing to keep you body healthy and pain-free.

Our passionate and experienced rehabilitation therapists work with a variety of patients from the sedentary office worker who would like to improve posture, to the professional athlete who would return back to their sport and perform at their best.

Our goal isn’t to help you recover from your injury temporarily. We firmly believe in the importance of guiding you through the full process of recovery, to ensure that you will not relapse.

We use a combination of manual physiotherapy, rehabilitation and corrective exercise, to improve movement patterns, achieve optimal muscle balance and prevent injury relapse.

Each movement and/or exercise you carry out in your session will be fully demonstrated and explained to ensure you get it right the first time. Understanding correct movement will enable you to apply what you learn in your rehabilitation sessions to your day to day life, improving performance each and every day, and preventing injury and pain in the future.

As a progression from your rehabilitation and corrective exercise program we work closely with Ben West, who is a strength and conditioning coach working with those recovering from injury and wanting to optimise performance.

Personal training is great for anybody who would like to improve general health and fitness, improve aesthetics and optimise quality of life. We have seen countless patients further develop their performance through personal training as a progression from physiotherapy, rehabilitation and corrective exercise. We believe that the correct combination of treatment, rehabilitation and a structured strength and conditioning program tailored to your individual goals will optimise your performance and physical well being.

Our aim is to work together to coordinate your physiotherapy and/or rehabilitation with your training program in order to optimise your functional progress and performance.
