We are honoured to work closely with some of London’s top sports orthopaedic consultants at the Fortius Clinic. The Fortius Group is the UK’s leading private orthopaedic and sports injury group. They have two outpatient and diagnostic clinics located in Marylebone, central London and in Bank, in the City. They are a centre of excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, both surgical and nonsurgical.
We are also honoured to work closely with London Sports Orthopaedics based at 31 Old Broad Street, in the heart of the City of London. London Sports Orthopaedics is a partnership of Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons and Sport and Exercise Medicine Doctors, also specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders, including sports injuries, fractures and arthritis.
The team at Function360 is here to help you recover from your injury, and more importantly reach your optimal performance. Offering you the all round service to ensure you recover fully and reach your goal is our priority. We will ensure you are seeing the person that is right for you, whether internally or by referral for further investigations.
Jordane Zammit Tabona
Chartered Physiotherapist, Director.
Jordane is the founder and owner of Function360, your centre for tailored physiotherapy, rehabilitation, acupuncture and sport massage therapy, in the City of London.
With a natural passion for health and the complexity of the human body Jordane knew that she wanted to work in health care. Her enthusiasm for physical fitness and sport lead her to become more curious about how the body worked, why injuries occur and what caused pain.
From a young age Jordane suffered with chronic back pain which effected her ability to take part in sport at school. Her parents ensured that she received the right treatment to address her pain, and prevent future back problems. Her regular physiotherapy sessions enabled her to recover from her debilitating back pain. This experience confirmed which area of health she would choose to build her career in.
As a specialist Sports Rehabilitation Physiotherapist Jordane’s passion is to give others the opportunity to address their pain and injuries, and to perform at their best, both in their sport and in their day to day life. She believes that one must understand how their body works, in order to enable it to perform at its best.
Jordane’s mission is to work with you closely, to identify the cause of your injury and pain. She would like to give you the opportunity to understand your body in order to optimise your physical performance forever.
