5g ground flax
10g 70% dark chocolate
5g coconut oil
Beat egg with almond milk and add protein powder to the mixture, beat again. Drop chocolate in the centre and microwave for up to 2 minutes maximum. Empty into a bowl. Drop a teaspoon of coconut oil over it and sprinkle the flaxseed over that. Thats it – it’s DONE!
